Trial and Error Gives Birth to the Sense of a World‑First, Industry‑First Achievement

I oversee the full software‑development cycle for power‑electronics applications—starting from requirements definition, through design and implementation, to measurement, validation, and demo preparation. What drives me is the chance to see the product adopted by research institutions and industry, to have its name cited in academic papers, and to achieve world‑first or industry‑first performance. The trial‑and‑error that supports cutting‑edge technological breakthroughs is by no means a straight‑forward path, but the satisfaction of turning unseen results into tangible reality is what makes this job uniquely rewarding.

With Confidence as an Engineer,
Moving Toward a Higher Upstream Career

After joining the company, I built a solid foundation through on‑the‑job training and the thorough reviews of senior colleagues, gradually expanding the scope of my responsibilities. From my third year onward, I was entrusted with presenting to customers. Communicating the value of the product in my own words and seeing customers genuinely understand and accept it has given me a solid confidence as an engineer. Going forward, I want to become deeply involved in product development from the upstream stages, positioning myself closer to researchers and industry practitioners, and challenge myself to act as a bridge that connects field realities with development, all centered around technology.

Curiosity and Perseverance Pave the Way

Measurement is a job that uncovers new discoveries after steady trial‑and‑error. If you find the process of confronting results and decoding the phenomena that lie behind the numbers intriguing, you’ll certainly grow.
Don’t base your judgment solely on the company’s website—go out into the field, feel the atmosphere, and listen to what your colleagues say.
What you experience there could become the doorway to answers that no one has seen before.
