University Experiences
Shape My Work’s North Star
During my university years, a dispute that had erupted in an apartment building was resolved thanks to footage from a security camera. The relief I felt at that moment profoundly altered the course of my career. Today I visit apartment management companies and the sites themselves, proposing measures that bring peace of mind to residents. I want to be the one delivering the same sense of security that I experienced through that camera footage, and that aspiration has become the core of my work.
Experience of Overcoming Hardships Builds Confidence
At the start of my career, I often found myself standing still in the face of demanding requests, sharp questions, and tough conditions from property managers and owners. Whenever that happened, I would collaborate with the in‑house technical team and contractors to devise solutions. Taking the time to prepare thoroughly, I still remember the thrill of winning a bid in a competitive procurement against other companies. Each time I overcame a challenge, I gained confidence in myself. That tangible progress is probably the true essence of a sales role.
